The research group my uncle is with caught this golden eagle as it migrated through Northern Minnesota this fall. It is rare to see them and even more rare to catch one.

It was weighed, measured, banded and released.

This year the craft stores seem to be full of retro 80s pastel colored items like this Transanta.

I just love the idea of all those conservative crafters subjecting their "alpha male" families to this lovely decor.

As a man who crafts i know not all craftrs are women, just love the thought.

After 2.5y I got this bike running again and took my youngest out for theyr first street bike ride. Need to put the side shields back on but this was a shakedown ride after repairs.
A good friend gifted this and another bike a couple of years ago and it took me until now to have clarity to fix.

Accidentally took this pic of the nearly cloudless sky over my work space and I kinda dig the angle though I don't like how my phone was able to take it as I always turn it "off" before placing in a pocket.

Youngest child wanted their hair dyed, they gave me a very interesting pattern concept, and I don't think it turned out too bad for my first attempt.

This board is intended to be used like a Stand Up Paddleboard on the street or trails. I havent made/bought the pole to make it go yet. It is six feet long and the top of the deck is about 8 inches off the pavement to allow deep cutting curves like on a surfboard.

I don't know why in recent years I have shied away from the sun and it's warmth, but today I embraced it and it felt SO good.

Took advantage of the warmth and being in a good enough head space to wash all my syrup buckets and the dog. Then I sat outside in the sun while the dog dried off.
