Argentine dubbing voice actor Marcelo Armand has sadly passed away. The Latin Club Penguin community will fondly remember him for bringing Captain Rockhopper to life in the short films and specials. Thank you for bringing joy to so many Club Penguin players. Waddle on!

18 years ago today, the Team allowed previously banned Penguins the opportunity to complete the Tour Guide Quiz if they had remained ban-free for 30+ days. Before this update, any ban on a Penguin permanently prevented them from taking the Quiz and becoming a Tour Guide.

18 years ago today, the Red Puffles in Club Penguin were adoptable by all penguins and were originally discovered by Captain Rockhopper on Rockhopper Island. Among them was Yarr, Rockhopper’s loyal Puffle companion, who even taught the other Red Puffles how to surf.
