Egyptian temporary tattoos. Basically high-quality stencil art for your skin that resembles a tattoo and lasts a few weeks. They’re not that expensive and could let you see how you feel about a tattoo before making a bigger decision.

Oh, absolutely. The venue was packed but still VERY intimate. I think I paid like $80 a ticket and we were only like eight rows back from the ring. I'll be going back for sure!

Personally, I had a great experience. I talked old-school wrestling with some guys while in line for drinks and when I told the people sitting behind me that I was new, they gave me rundowns on things as they were unfolding. Honestly, everyone I met was awesome. Hope you have a similar experience!

Most wrestling writing is silly anyway, but I appreciate it all the same. I have friends that still follow WWE and apparently the writing there is pretty rough these days so if that's the case, then I'll take what I saw last night. I just gotta get caught up on who is who and what's what. 😅

I caught some clips of Sting's retirement match and saw his kids with him in the face paint and everything, so that was cool.
Steven had a solid pre-show opener. It wasn't anything mind-blowing, but his work was solid and he definitely seems like he'd do well with a little polish!

I appreciate the welcome! And yeah, any fandom is gonna have good and bad. I’m just glad that my first impression was a good one. This event took me back to my WCW days and I enjoyed every minute of it. I’ll be around!

The crowd however was great and some guys sitting behind me were even cool enough to tell me who was who and what was going on. Steven Borden (who is Sting's son?) was in a pre-show match and I had no idea that Luke Perry's son (Jake Perry) was a wrestler. It was a great time with a positive vibe!

I asked around about what I should expect before going and the two consensus I got were "great wrestling, mediocre stories" and "crowd can be rough". I don't know anything about the writing still, but the wrestling was solid.

Going to this event live was my first exposure to AEW ever and that match was easily the best of the night. I'm still unfamiliar with the talents of AEW, but these two got me interested in wrestling again for the first time since the WCW days. 👍

I was at this live tonight and it was my first real exposure to AEW. This was an absolutely phenomenal match and the highlight of the evening for me. I’m locked it. Both of these guys were amazing. 👏
