5 million hit the streets by some estimates. That’s more than the population of some states. And it’s only the beginning. We will not go quietly!

Which is why they are so triggered when called authoritarians.

We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity

Social Security was one greatest laws passed by Congress in the history of this country. Elon is an idiot.

Really should’ve stuck with zeppelins. Yeah there was that Hindenburg thing and the whole industry went up in flames. But how many airplane incidents have there been in the last century that has only resulted in air travel getting progressively worse?

Taking a page out of the GOP’s playbook.

Democrats need to go back to the New Deal ideologies. FDR, JFK, LBJ… they were fighters. They didn’t embrace neoliberalism like Clinton, Obama, Schumer, Pelosi, etc at the expense of the people.

Democrats can only win when Republicans fuck things up so bad they’re literally the only option. Neolib stooges like Schumer know this and also know they only need to put in minimal effort to keep their jobs

No Pete please. How about Pritzker?

I think the key difference is that the TP wasn’t angry with the GOP the same way the Dem Populists are today. The side effect was a rejection of neoliberalism but it was a reaction against Obama more than anything. Ours is a reaction against the neoliberalism of our own party more than anything

Populism vs the establishment. At its core that’s what the TP was about though the racist and fascist overtones were apparent early on. It seems most demanding change want a party based off populist progressive ideas - a Congress full of Bernie’s and AOC’s
