Yup, in particular the biggest talking point I heard was over overtime pay. My dudes you should want to get a living wage for working a 40 hr (preferably less) week not want to work more.

Understood, I guess I'm conflating political ideologies with parties. I voted for Harris as she was the better choice than Trump, I find the Democrats to be much too centrist for me personally and don't identify with them as my 'party'. I certainly don't consider the Green party as my 'party'

I'm currently rereading the Death Gate Cycle by Weis and Hickman. It's really holding surprisingly well, given I last read it 30ish years ago.

Has to shift to The Geek Way that my CIO wanted IT leadership to read. It's a pretty interesting sociological study so far.
