Why isn’t Tory wipeout being talked about? Seems v likely to me

Is there a way of changing tax system making it simplier that ie removing ridic marginal rates which could/should bring in more money as it incentivises people to work more/get promoted etc

My reaction too. I can’t see what it will achieve myself.
