I have mixed feelings about it. Ultimately, we might just need a section of the game changers list explicitly and exhaustively dedicated to the tutors that are too strong/efficient for B2. Ambiguity is too vulnerable to bad faith, and bad faith is too prevalent nowadays.

I can't believe anyone signed off on the pizza lands. Ignoring the fact that pizza makes no sense as a land, the whole point is that the turtles love pizza because it is delicious, yet every single pizza land depicts disgusting, inedible slop that is repellant on a visceral level.
