I've had a garden every year of over 40 yrs now. I was organic from the beginning, when few people were organic. I have an elderberry orchard, many different berries, pecan and black walnut trees. I been called radical, but never for my garden...love it!

@mia1688.bsky.social here are some of my creations. The label on the bottles of dandelion wine is a recreation of the wall paper in my great-grandparents kitchen. The glass of wine is one year old elderberry wine. It clears after aging 2 years, and tastes great. Has elderberry health benefits...

You should know that elderberry wine contains all of the health benefits that elderberry has to offer, with the caveat that more than a glass negates the health benefits. I hope you like it, and I envy your son...
