Antiracism and anrisexism are liberal/leftist ideas. Of course conservatism will oppose them. And it will remain that way until antiracism and antisexism are ubiquitous across society, then the conservative position would be to maintain them. Only then we would observe that phenomenon.

Often that what has been presented as conservative is actually reactionary. This is especially the case today. The Democratic party wants to maintain the status quo. This makes them a conservative party. The republicans want to drag us back to the past. That makes them reactionary.
