I destroyed my 20mW laser diode I got for holography attempting to solder the wires to a battery pack. They’re like 3” long wires. I don’t think it got too hot, but who knows. The soldering was at the other end of these wires. Did I burn it out? It short it? #laserdiode #holography #litiholo
