I mean the things the leader of the Republican party says about healthcare, economics, really every policy issue, says he doesn't know how to read, doesn't care about facts, and if he ever did, doesn't have the cognitive ability to understand them.

In the U.S. context having the payor integrated with health providers has significant cost savings and facilitates the coordination of care; however, if privatization goes to the end goal, it doesn't make sense to have a separate payment system from Medicare.

I am not sure. I tend toward science fiction and a lot of those film adaptations hold my attention. It could just be that I am not a fan of film musicals.

Why would many Scandinavians want to come here given our current situation and unbridled capitalism? And how much more racist is this guy going to get before more folks start calling him on it. His racism is now at the heart of administration policy making with increasingly awful outcomes.
