I had just a little bit of trepidation going into the game tonight. Not so much about winning/losing, but just with the theme of how the Mavs play up or down to their competition. Very pleased to see that not be the case tonight as they controlled the game how you would expect and hope they would

I think I’m coming around on this NBA Cup thing (and, no, not *just* because the Mavs are in the Qfinals), but it does add a bit of excitement to a part of the season that isn’t always the most exciting and stats from last year suggest players try harder. Couple things I’m not a huge fan of, though.
