Did you know that in a study done last year in the USA a majority of Jews disagreed on this definition of Zionism? 70% said they would be antizionist if this were the definition. However 95 percent still identified as Zionists. Most Jews define political Zionism as a belief Israel should exist.

Palestinians have an incredibly strong national identity. In the diaspora it varies a bit more. There are plenty of books on the topic from many valid perspectives if you care to learn. Or maybe make some Palestinian friends? They can tell you all about their family history.

Yeah but this assumes the person has literally been living under a rock which they haven't. People say this to erase Palestinians as a people. I was raised with the story that Palestinians only wanted a national identity in order to protect the land from Jewish settlers. No other reason. It's a lie.
