I had a laptop bag but big enough for two laptops and it definitely looked like it would not fit under a seat but it did. I calmly assured the gate agent it was designed to just fit and agreed with her that it definitely looks like it won't. She let me go. And it did fit, even in the CRJ-100.

I don't believe she has changed. I will never like her but she has demonstrated more actual awareness than I have given her credit for. But that only makes her previous behavior that more disgusting in context.

That does not really add any weight to the claim. I do agree it was a mistake to back away from trans rights and would prefer to support candidates that support the community without any apology or exceptions. I hope we get that choice.
