It’s an interesting issue. Congress can use contempt power for failure to comply with a subpoena. The Epstein Act isn’t a subpoena, it’s a law that provides no remedy, civil or criminal, if violated. Would Congress’ enforcement of a law via contempt violate separation of powers = years of litigation

Unfortunately, with right v wrong, right doesn’t always get the last laugh. We’ll never see what is or was in the govt’s possession re epstein. No member of this lawless administration will be held accountable. trump is immune, has pardon power & was told by SCOTUS he can have Seals kill opponents.

Let me take a wild guess. We know many powerful men from several countries knew or were involved. International bankers knew, perhaps participated. US Intel agencies (Russian FSB?) must have known; good stuff to “recruit” assets - secretly. trump always was in that web.

Immunity applies to prior crimes committed while POTUS.
The only way it can be overturned is if a future ex-POTUS is charged with a crime. (It won’t be trump) Keep in mind, trump’s SCOTUS will be around for a generation.

There are many flaws in the Constitution. Most of it was written by men seeking self-governance by landowning, white men, preferably Christian. The founders owned people yet claimed as a basis for independence that all men are created equal. Women, the poor & POC were excluded from participation.

It doesn’t take a jury instruction to infer the altered/etc docs are unfavorable to trump. He’s an admitted sexual abuser, found to be so by a jury. Rapist is the colloquial term. Then he’s elected. Now he’s committing crimes against humanity with little to no loss of GOP cult support.
