Another thing he mentioned is pronation. I know the difference between that and supination. The question I have is what percentage of pitchers pronate their pitches. Because whenever I see it happening in slow motion, it looks very unnatural. How can the elbow and forearm survive that motion?

Yes, awesome. Loved that. Just what I needed. Definitely going to be watching more of his stuff. Props to him also for leaving in the flubbed take.

I've never been able to fully understand these charts. In this case, I would think sinkers would fill more of the lower right quadrant. What am I missing?

I had hopes the O's would deal for him this winter. Good thing it didn't happen. But yes, I agree, hate to see a great pitcher get shut down with elbow soreness.

For sure. We're looking at a one-year rental. Still, considering what SPs are getting paid, he will be motivated to deliver the season of his career.

Good point. My memory is not good but I seem to recall he can opt out after his second season there. And the third. And the fourth. It's full of opt outs, isn't it?
