One path to better documentation
When I’m tasked with documenting an API or technology, I have a general pattern of work I follow, just like every writer. Sometimes, a job dictates a specific workflow, but this is the flow I follow when I’m allowed to choose my own path. It’s a multi-step process that leads me from ideation through to completion, and has brought me good and well-received results in the past.
