So after roughly 18 months of stop start training I learnt the valuable lesson of consistency. Also upped the weights and gone for lower reps. Reaping the rewards of my hard work 💪🏻 #gym #gymlife

Tonight's session was a slog, bicep focused yet still full body (if that makes sense?) Had to abandon my attempts at a single arm overhead cable curl as my shoulder simply said no 🤣
