why can i only like it once

honestly if it works for you, there are so many apps that make it easier to take care of yourself!! i like the apps that give me little rewards and such for marking things complete. i also have to make alarms to drink water and i don't allow myself to stop them until i drink 💀💀

yes !! for me, i don't typically get hungry until my stomach is like, making me ill for not eating. unfortunately paired with adhd, i also will hyper focus on things and forget to eat even if i feel hungry lol.
