Though I do know at the same time it isn't simple censorship, it's going to also involve them pushing and boosting right-wing content. When that starts happening, I pray to the Universe that people recognize it, and decide to leave as I will.

However, the amount of times that I see content on TikTok that is either blatant fear mongering, or just flat out wrong upon a simple web search, maybe this could benefit people and incentivize more responsible political learning.

I know, I know, political censorship in any form is inherently a negative thing, I agree. And, I don't like that Oracle is going to meddle with the platform and likely split the community between America and the rest of the world.

Fear mongering, on my bsky? Never!

There are very valid reasons to be upset about new TikTok ownership! but this is not a list of data they collect, it’s a list of what you may disclose. Was also in the TikTok policy already. It didn’t change. (Right is today, left is from wayback machine.)

The scrapped songs that received proper recordings include Evidence of Autumn, Open Door, and Collins' In The Air Tonight!

Something I learned recently: This was (allegedly) originally meant to be a concept album like The Lamb, but the idea was scrapped and it was and the album was cut down to a single LP. The story was adapted to become a suite on side B like Supper's Ready, before that too was scrapped.

Shocked we weren't able to rally against AI in the same way as it crept up over the last few years. Maybe it's time has yet to come, who knows

What do you use your PC for?

That music during the end of the Field/Gisborne segment might be one of my new favorite details in the series, it adds so much to it

But I feel whatever hate there was for a harmless but expensive gimmick might be missing the point of WHY AI is so harmful to so many people. You could ignore 3D, but we're getting to a point where you can't ignore AI. Especially in the upcoming election, we're gonna be seeing a lot of faked media

HOWEVER, I was able to watch a 3D movie in VR the other day, and I do feel that it actually improved the movie. Being able to have each "view" properly delivered at full brightness into each eye was a very cool experience that did enhance the movie [Edge of Tomorrow].

I feel like there just wasn't enough support yet from a lot of popular media. And, the technology at the time (polarized or active shutter glasses) did nothing but darken the image and make it look worse.

This feels either not hateful enough towards AI or too hateful towards 3D
