When your day seems too short to do all the things you want to do, I can highly recommend doing several things at the same time. Multi-tasking at its best. 😜

Do I wear my prosthesis all the time? No, sometimes it‘s just easier without it. Not just on the couch. Also - sometimes especially - when I am active. Do what feels right for you in a given moment!
