Thanks to ADHD, I managed to write a D-worthy Master’s thesis in a week. I would have preferred an A-worthy thesis written over several months. Now, as I work on my second Master’s thesis, I’ve really focused on improving my study skills.

Do you think people with ADHD and Autism might make better friends than neurotypical people and Autists? ADHDers often experience intense emotions and tend to express them more openly.

Try using a “when-then” statement to stay motivated: “When I finish organizing this drawer, then I’ll relax with a coffee break.” Rewards add a little extra incentive, turning cleaning into something to look forward to.
