Americans are very hung up on government benefits only going to deserving people. If anyone is able to cheat, the program is bad.
There will always be people who take advantage, but the vast majority of people getting benefits are not abusing them. It's just the public only hears about crooks.

Yup. They expect Democrats to fix everything they hate in 2 years. Thus ignoring that our system of government makes it difficult to make large changes quickly.

I think NY has consistently better bagels than anywhere. You can get good ones in a lot more places. But you can get good bagels outside NY, they're just harder to find.
I live outside Boston, and there's a great place near my house. The baker trained in NY.

Also a man who stuck by his wife after she was catastrophically injured. I may not always agree with Senator Kelly, but he's a good man. Far better than these babies going after him.

You can use that word as a verb without a problem. When you use it as a noun or adjective in relation to a person is when it is unacceptable.

Ive even seen YouTube cooks ask ChatGPT to give them a recipe, and they are surprised when it doesn't work. I stick with creators I know and trust. There is so much garbage out there.

We're wearing pajamas in order to give ourselves a bit of comfort. Anyone flying in economy knows they're going to be pretty constricted once they sit down.

Usually that's not something said out loud. Usually someone tries to give some sort of cover for US involvement. Instead we're just straight up admitting we want to steal their natural resources.

Oh good. So some states can continue to have low standards and pay teachers next to nothing, and others can have more rigorous standards and pay teachers better? My guess is overall there will be less funds.

This administration also just removed teachers from the list of professions. We're talking about a job that requires a Master's degree in many states. The idea that teaching isn't a profession disgusts me.

Mine certainly weren't. My mother's family didn't come here until after the Civil War. My dad's side came about a hundred years ago.

And not going after the Wall Street bankers was a huge mistake. It helped cement the belief that Democrats were just as bad a Republicans when it came to looking out for the wealthy.
