God created the heavens and the earth, as well as cancer, smallpox, malaria, HIV, tuberculosis, cholera, influenza, polio, COVID-19, syphilis, Typhus, leprosy, Ebola, Bubonic plague, irritable bowel syndrome, and genital warts… He likes to stay busy.
