I have made birria tacos from scratch and am now ready to fight god. Not as much depth of flavor as I'd hoped by following the recipe to the letter, but maybe it gained some in the fridge overnight. Know what changes I'll do going forward.

Blending chiles, tomatoes, spices, ect into a BRIGHT red sauce on a stovetop pot Straining the sauce into a dutch oven with seared goat. Jfc this took like an hour. Slow cooked goat and chile consomme Birria tacos with Oaxaca cheese, a side consomme for dipping, and lime slice for brightness

I've realized I say 'poot' if I hear Jr fart (or whatever) bc he's pavlovianly latched onto 'poot' as laugh-worthy and is now working backwards to try and fart on command to make me say 'poot'. I thought I had at least a year before farts became the peak of comedy.

So apparently a post that I think abt constantly got an update I was unaware of and deeply approve of #nightblogging #australians
A series of blog posts that read post one: back in my day we didn't call it shit posting. We called it night blogging and blamed the Australians post two. I've been on this godforsaken website for too long. Post three okay, there is a difference between night blogging and shit posting night blocking is like" what if apples screamed when we bit them?" Shit posting is like" a crisp one donger Bill ". Night blocking has more of a focus on theoreticals, especially in stating absurd thoughts in normal ways, shit posting is more often the opposite stating normal things in ways that make them absurd. A crisp $1 bill" isn't funny or unusual, but replacing" dollar quote with the most absurdist internet word" donger" is what makes it funny and thus a shit post. It's not necessarily that one is more coherent. It's that they're differentiated both by form and lexicon. Night. Blogging is surrealism shit posting is Dada Post four that makes so much sense, I understood all of it, completely and totally changed my views of thinking
