It forced me to dig deeper on so many levels.  I also thought more about positive affirmations and truly thought about one that resonated with me.  This class also solidified why I need to maintain healthy boundaries and rid myself of negative emotions.  Wendi

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a way to communicate without talking, like using a letter board or typing on an iPad. We want AAC available for anyone who needs it, and for autistic people to be supported to communicate in the way that works best for us.
