Still in the process of working out what I do, I've been told on several occasions that I'm an unnecessarily deep thinker.

Such is life.

I largely entertain myself by attempting to make known the space whose very quality collapses when confined by words.
The gateway to what you desire is found through the heart; in touching the deepest parts of your interior, not shipping it out.

A.I. does not understand being human.

To risk our freedom to be told—if intelligent as billed—the solution lies within may be a deal best left to the UK government.

With each choice to take the easy option, we soften, caging ourselves into a future in which there are fewer liberties to choose from.

Do hard things.

Wake up. Choose yourself. Exercise agency. If you keep taking the easy option, then one day there will no longer be the option.

In studying land, wave, sea and sky we become masterful sailors, orienting our way through choppy waters without losing sight of our bearings.

Knowing ourselves within the conditions that affect navigation, we anchor in the deep and swim amongst peace; stillness, support—God. 🪽

For distance to exist, there must be more than one point. For time, both then & now. Such textures arise only once measured.

An eternity lies beyond such collapse.

The freedom you seek rests beyond both time & space. The freedom you seek can be accessed through a single breath.

The relationships we have with ourselves and others determine the environment in which our bodies operate.

We may not choose what happens to us but we do choose how we respond.

If our bodies heal on their own timeline, establishing a healthy relationship with them is paramount.

In many circumstances, accepting where we are is a precondition to establishing the necessary relationship with ourselves to heal.

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

Free yourself of the tension preventing the substance of our universe from operating as it was meant to.

In Hamlet, Shakespeare wrote "there is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so."

This may be true, but what is life without feeling? What is it without knowing?

Bypassing the heart and soul leads to an absent experience. The brain is a place to consult, not to live.

Only yesterday my partner sang the praises of A.I. after it repeated what a fellow academic learned from a trip to the library.

"Everyone's stressed and overworked," she said. "We're so time poor!"

I am the first to voice A.I.'s limitations but I do feel for those jumping through capitalist hoops.

If our desires are greater than we can conceptualise, to quantify that which lies beyond the breath is to curb the blooming of such goals.

Surrender to the substance of our universe. Bathe in the essence of the cosmic ocean. Immersed in the spirit of generosity, We Are All, Now.

You're alive now, and now is all you can experience, so why act like you're still living through then?

Our unprocessed histories lead our today's more than we are aware.

The spiritual body wants to be listened to but we persist in doing all we can to ignore what it's saying. 🕯️

You don't have to play victim to whatever happened to you for whatever that was was not about you.

Study these layers to free yourself from their grip.

I know it is scary, I know it hurts, but that's not an excuse. Through these layers lies a freedom beyond your wildest dreams.
