Yesterday was Lucas' birthday. I thought that I was ready for a new dog, and while I already love Fergus to the moon and back, so many of his mannerisms make me miss Lulu, and my heart breaks all over again. Miss you buddy.

Ottawa appears ready to establish its first Canada Border Service Agency preclearance site on U.S. soil in 2025. It will allow travellers bound for Canada to clear customs while still stateside. U.S. border agents have maintained a similar presence in Canada since 1952.
