Recently the content algorithm has been posting anime edits that pay attention to the themes, story beats and aesthetic charm. I only watched AMVs during their height of popularity back in the late 2000s as a kid. I don't know if it's just using music I vibe with but my kid self would go crazy.
There are an endless amount of cooking reality TV shows. But recently the one that captured my interest was Culinary Culture wars.
The concept is to find the best chef in Korea ranging from a primary school dinner lady to Michelin star chefs.

Comedy is such a difficult medium to get right in the ani-manga medium. A panel can rarely get a chuckle or execute a joke that isn't repetitive. I truly chuckled at this panel in Sakamoto.

The idea of UI was presented in a fascinating way.
The bar is set high for myself when it comes to conspiracy shows due to Mr Robot and Utopia. But the sci fi element made this show enjoyable.
I look forward to season 2.

I loved Nocturne season 2.
Powerhouse animation is so good at bringing infernal creatures to life and giving them quirks that feel life-like.
It was a wise idea to reserve Alucard for s2. It gave the new cast members to breathe on their own before synergising with the fan favourite character.

I've started to watch Dragon Prince season 7. It seems to be Ezran's turn to be angry.
This is a huge turning point as he has always been the voice of reason and advocate for peace.
The main attraction for this show isn't the animation. I'm happy the shows aesthetics has improved so much.

I've been spending a lot more time with games.
I've been slowing down with listening to vinyls and I've started to play Persona 3 reloaded.
For now I consider Persona 5 my favourite. I prefer the vibes, side characters.

Dadadan is my favourite new gen Ani/manga that has come out recently. It's a show that has so much charm and oozes personality. Every character feels 3 dimensional and likeable. I'm currently up to date with the manga, and I've introduced this show to my sister and now watching it with my girlfriend

My bag that I've been using since 2014 has fallen. It was good to me and I will miss it. There's a Japanese saying that anything old enough develops a soul. I wonder if my bag enjoyed it's time with me.
