Don’t use instant/quick cook oats. Obvs stir well before you put it in the fridge overnight

Large handful of jumbo oats. Tbs raisins or sultanas. Teaspoon each of fennel seeds, cinnamon, yuzu powder if you have it. Add a little apple juice (or apple syrup), vanilla paste, a tbs or two of yoghurt, then add milk till slightly soupy. You might need to add a little more milk in the morning 1/2
