Here is a nice clip with close-up of Spotted Towhee. He’s at the wildlife pond. I believe he’s looking for a place that he feels comfortable enough to bathe. He doesn’t quite find it. #Birds

It sounds wonderful. We seem happy there. It is a city so our neighbors are 10 feet from us so we probably will stay until our kids are completely out of the house and then we will decide.

That’s very smart. I love simplicity and functionality. This was our first house, I was still in graduate school (and still only house) we can’t believe we stayed this long.

Very beautiful Yellow Rumped Warbler today bathing and sitting on a stick in the wildlife pond. Sadly you can hear someone using a leaf blower in the background.

I wonder if this is an old spotted towhee. I have never seen one bathing with its mouth open and somehow it just looks old. Maybe it is just late to molt. #Birds

Many White Crowned Sparrows and Golden Crowned Sparrows right now. Here is the protected bird bath with the cage over it and both white crowned sparrow and golden crowned sparrow are on the same clip. The Golden takes a bath. #Birds
