I’m experiencing body dysmorphia. Everyone is telling me that I look smaller (I lost weight, but I’m not small). I can only tell when I put on my clothes (nothing fits). I need to get my mind together so I can continue doing what I need to do.

Getting my health back on track has been so intentional for me. I gain, I lose, I gain, I lose. I can't do that anymore. So yes, I have to weigh myself often. I have to weigh my food. I have to keep things in check for the rest of my life because that's what works for me.

I hopped on the scale this morning and to my surprise I'm down an additional 2 pounds. I'm just so happy that I exceeded my goal this year and the holidays and my end of the year trip didn't throw me off because I was eating out and not measuring as consistently as I do at home. Balance, baby. ✨

I’m clocking in at 102lbs down this year. I’ve been on a lil stall for a while. But I made it through all the holidays and a vacation without gaining a pound. That’s winning in my book! 🙌🏾✨
