And here it is, my quick little octavo with leftover cloth to keep track of Gojira's tricks. (It's much needed so I don't use two commands for one thing, or one command for two things. Happens far too easily when you're dabbling in a lot of dog activities.)

…I overestimated the page count. It's a lot slimmer than planned.
Also, a little tracker for tricks with stars on how well Leia can do them. Prefilled some in parts for Mum to get an idea.

Maybe I should do one for Gojira and me as well. *off-to-Affinity*

Even the endbands are… very individual. Look at the special effect in the middle of the book! It's twisted! 😅

I also learned that the curtain I used for the spine is not good for filled bookcloth. It's all learning and practising here.

Filled bookcloth experiments. Curtains and my old PJs. Not surprisingly at all, the curtains lost the sheen when being filled. Both for the new BuJo, because I couldn't possibly pass up the chance of a tartan BuJo. :D

Gojira also has a little spot in the bookbinding studio. (And chooses different spots more often, of course)

New place and a proper space for the binding courtesy of the prior renters who left the table, chair and monitor in this little attic room.
I've still got to evolve a system where to store which things, but I'm getting there.

Also, doing new things like filled bookcloth and cooking my own paste, so experimentations going on as well.

Asked a friend for advice and alu-foil and WD40 helped getting it a little more silvery again. I went at it a few times, so I guess that's all I can achieve right now.
