The Housemaid (2025).
Every single plot point and character motivation has been done before. With every scene, every moment of foreshadowing, every "surprise" twist, I thought to myself that I've seen this before to a varying degree in numerous other stories.

Just a friendly reminder to all. Make your own decision on what you enjoy watching for entertainment. Don't let social media keyboard warriors dictate your decisions and preferences before choosing which movie or TV show to watch.

Dust Bunny makes me think Roald Dahl watched Leon: The Professional and replied, "Hell no, I can do much better!" Then here comes Bryan Fuller, who read the (non-existent Dahl) book and thought, "Hell ya, this material is my type of dark humor!"

While watching the Kill Bill movies, there are two prolonged speeches from Bill. The first one is a story about Pai Mei, and the second one is about Superman. During both moments, I kept imagining it was Quentin Tarantino mansplaining his thoughts to the audience.

KFC prices be like...

● Pot Pie, $4.99
● Large Drink, $2.99

○ Pot Pie "combo" w/ medium drink, $8.99

I'm skipping the combo, because I can do basic math.

Cynthia Erivo opens up with a Nina Simone classic, and they stick with just a piano player for a basic acoustic version of the song instead of having a freaking 100-piece band cranking away on the brass instruments and drums when she hits the chorus?!

Am I the only one who lost interest in the music award ceremonies, such as the Grammys, because the nominees are pulled from the same group of mainstream artists over and over again?

In-N-Out is missing the perfect opportunity to run an advertising campaign featuring all the social media videos of teens having fun in the dining room, and then show a generic vanity card at the end stating, "Order #67, your food is ready..."

I have a hypothesis about bots on social media sites. If the username ends in a group of numbers, such as "funnyguy0246" or "jk971", this "user" will only post clickbait comments or posts to enrage real human beings, thereby skewing the algorithm towards rage-bait activities.

Despite the lack of a traditional arc that builds emotional and character development as readers are accustomed to, there is an ongoing tension of survival for the two main characters.

Here is my book review of Cormac McCarthy’s ‘The Road’.
