The message needs to be that Democrats need to reclaim their space on social media. We all retreated in the last few years as things grew toxic, but online spaces is where the ground game is won/lost in modern politics, and too many Dems are "just tired of the fighting online." Well, too bad.

This is where us liberals tend to fall on our faces. We think that a court decision against us is the end. Really it's just a ruling that says under the Constitution the act is allowed. Doesn't mean it's moral, or right, or good for Americans. So now we get loud, and fight for our LGBT youth.

This just means we use free speech to publicly shame the providers and parents who force their kids into conversion therapy.

if the science shows that the therapy is harmful to kids, but is still protected by the 1A...then they better be ready for understanding the full force of the 1A.

If Leavitt was telling the truth, all Bondi has to say is CORRECT, HE DID NOT TAKE THE MONEY.

Any other response is a clear admission of guilt, and should be treated as such by the Senate, the media, and the American people.

This isn't hard folks. There is a mountain of evidence here.

There's a way to get relief into the hands of the American people and make sure 100% that people understand that Trump is the what people need relief from.

It's actually a smart strategy from the Democrats. If the messaging sticks, and Trump backs out because he looks bad, it's also a win for Dems.

You don't need to say "experts say it could violate federal law" when it is as clear as day that it would violate federal law. You don't need an expert to confirm that. Being able to read is good enough in this instance.

Look. Invading our own country is about as straightforward a case as you can have for impeachment. The GOP abandoning the Constitution is kind of the only story there is and it gets no coverage.

I was a skeptic about the import of the Epstein files.

But 3 invasions of cities, one military buildup outside Venezuela, a government shutdown, and so many other things meant to distract have me convinced whatever’s in there is the biggest presidential scandal in U.S. history.
