I find drawing with a pen really difficult. Not being able to erase is tough and shading is all a lot different than with a pencil. Despite all that I enjoy doing it? Because it both challenges me and forces me to accept mistakes.

Getting into digital painting and I am struggling 😩 Still had fun with this, but it took me ages to finish and it‘s nowhere near where I want it to be. Well. One failure at a time am I right 😅

And the caption is not even exaggerated. Drawing is the ONE THING my mind keeps focused on 100%. No music. No podcast. I sit down, draw, and suddenly 4 hours have gone by, I look at my phone and I see my wife‘s texts „WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!“ (she is in bed next door 😅)

If you told me I would be able to create something like this within 3 months of learning to draw, I would have not believed you. Do I see 100 mistakes / things I‘d like to have done differently? Yes. Am I still proud? Yes.
