Saute beet greens with a bit of nutritional yeast flakes.
Add eggs beaten with a dollop of Daisy (sour cream) and you have the start of a healthy breakfast!
Use a silicone whisk to stir the eggs as they cook. It adds a lot of air and makes them nice and fluffy.
