There’s a much longer post on Substack but the Herbal Academy had such an amazing 2025 conference. The community showed up in amazing ways and was so refreshing. I’ve been struggling lately and really needed the connection. I’ve begun taking my herbal blend for melancholy support 💙

My goal for the winter was to get my studio organized and ready for spring production, take product photos and do online features for my works of love, my herbal extracts, my teas, those things that bring me so much support. I haven’t been able to, things feel so grey, I’m struggling.
