The biggest concern you should at this point honestly is Costs, thankfully when you’re building the PC yourself you can pick up the pieces at any point in no particular order. I’d recommend getting the more expensive pieces first then gathering the other pieces over time. Takes time but saves money.

A lot of this stuff will also require a very beefy Power Supply, especially if you go into the 5000s series. You’d probably need somewhere between the ranges of 850W-1000W

My highest recommendation is using some for of ASUS or AMD for the motherboard and an Intel or AMD processor. I also highly recommend a beefy Graphics Card somewhere between a Gen 5-9 (example Nvidia 3060-5090)

Hhhmmm you’re definitely going to need some 9th gen Processors and a gen 5 motherboard that utilizes DDR5 Ram, you’ll need at minimum 32-64 GB of RAM and 2 SSD Cards, 1 for you system, 2 for Utilities and Storage.

This all really depends one what you’re looking for. If it’s gaming, vtubing, artwork, or all the above then there’s a few recommendations. If you want to do Vtubing the first thing I’d recommend is getting a separate computer to run the program alone while utilizing a capture card.
