It runs fine and the visuals are nice. There’s genuinely an unsettling atmosphere as you avoid the aliens, but the gameplay is pretty bland and the story is practically nonexistent.

The voice direction/script is so strange, the actors say things that just don’t sound like things normal people say. Also, donno if it’s a bug but the lines of dialogue from each character kept overlapping during conversations which was annoying.

I can’t recommend The Greyhill Incident. I liked the theme and unsettling atmosphere, but it’s janky and frustrating to figure out what to do. It’s mostly about avoiding aliens, there’s combat but it’s so weak you might as well just get caught and try again from a checkpoint. 👎

Today I started Son and Bone. You’re a cowboy abducted by aliens, who wakes up on a planet full of prehistoric predators, alien hybrids, and guns… loads of guns. It’s basically DOOM ‘16 and Turok smashed together, and so far I’m having a good time! 👍
