Actually by law they are under the ‘‘Government Employee Fair
Treatment Act of 2019’’, which is an amendment of the "Anti-Deficiency Act" that governs funding lapses. It covers all shutdowns "on or after December 22, 2018".

Many of us Formula 1 fans globally are sick of Danica Patrick as well. Natalie Pinkham, Rachel Brookes, Naomi Schiff & Bernie Collins are all phenomenal, though Danica's conspiracy theories, personality on camera and imposition of Indycar & NASCAR comparisons have annoyed long-term fans in the past.
