No I make it there just fine. I turn it on. Computer shows it needs a lot of updates. I "install" the main one, and it says it needs to restart to fully install. When I restart, it says "oh it messed up, we're undoing what we just did."

I literally turned it on and tried to install the updates, I didn't even try to do anything else.

I got it as a gift 2 years ago (2023), it's a laptop.
It uses windows 11. It uses wifi and Bluetooth. I've turned it off and put it away for now. Might just factory reset later tonight.

But I also get worried because the last time I had a brand new laptop, someone "fixed" it, but actually ended up making it worse. That was back in like 2012 though.

I really just want someone to get it and remove any unnecessary stuff. There's so many things I'm not familiar with lol.
But one thing that is a current annoyance is my keyboard shortcuts don't seem to work (like dimming screen).

I went from never using it in 1 to using it quite a bit in 2! Such a fantastic change.
