I have a pet theory that Angel knows what they're doing, and that they want this Hellscape that is the online film/animation community to turn against Andy Serkis.

And maybe, as is with organized religion, the hate and division is the point.

Angel only bought the US distribution rights. The film was produced under Aniventure.

Regardless, the way Angel is marketing the film isn't doing anyone any favors.

Did I say happy? Sorry, I meant I WANT TO CHUCK THEM INTO A BLENDER AND THEN MYSELF. But, one of us has to be the bigger person, not like that means anything online, but whatever.

Fuck them, fuck Iger and fuck gen-AI.

The original article this article is leeching off of and voiding of context for ragebait points.

It's a nothing statement, Aardman isn't switching to ai. The kind of "ai" here is the same automation stuff we've had for years, but renamed ai to attract investors.

Look, you don't have to like Wish, I get it. It's a terribly flawed film that needed work and shouldn't have been rushed. But you're not making it any better by dissing anyone who liked the film.

Go in a corner and think about what you're doing wrong with your life.

Yeah, lemme fix that.

Apologies, had a rough day.
