I made an espresso with lemonade for my wife, and then wondered what would happen if I went even further and used tang. It looks nice albeit unnatural. It was meh, stick to lemonade or coke or tonic or maybe if you have fresh oj or something since that was a thing.

For those who know what pit beef is (which is basically anyone in Maryland) you should get a pit beef sandwich today. My friend, who loved pit beef sandwiches, passed away several years ago, and I try to get one every year on what would have been his birthday.

Revisiting the first elder scrolls game I played in oblivion remastered has been a joy. I should really dig out my 360 and finish shivering isles on my initial play through file for those achievements…….

It was nice to be able to dig into games this weekend. Lots of Blue Prince and some Sea of Stars. Was nice to feel like I had more time to dig into an RPG instead of just a few runs of a roguelike

Went hard on 33 immortals this weekend. I think it's fun but I would love if there was more variance in runs. Also, it's likely a skill issue but it seems like the difficulty spike to the harder difficulty is huge. All that being said, I'm looking forward to playing more

With one day left on the steam sale, I have to see what RPGs imma pick up. I remember seeing @jazzlikestogame.bsky.social talking about the saga games so maybe I’ll see where to start with those… maybe the Suikoden remaster too….

New rule: I cannot make bolognese sauce and not be in the house the entire time. I thought the temp was low enough and left for the gym, but the milk reduced out and burned before my partner got home. Sooo freezer pizza tonight

I need to figure out how to tell my brain to stop trying to learn things super fast. Skimming through docs just makes me have a half understanding of the content and leads to more errors than if I had just taken my time to be deliberate in the first place.

I still remember the first year I learned about AGDQ (and speedrunning). I spent a very large part of the week with the marathon up on one monitor and ffxiv on the other grinding spiritbinds and farming wool to buy materia to blow up trying to get max det and crit stats on my relic. what a time lol
