You know, there’s been a lot of growth in my work between these two drawings. In the 1st I think I’d had some kind of breakthrough and in the 2nd I was still trying to figure out & nail down a style for my novel. Either way I’m proud of both & honestly sad I don’t have more time for art these days.

Next up! This one was fun because he was a lot different than the rest. Clovis the Pangolin. He’s a nervous little guy, a Fae in his own right, and much beloved herald of the Fae court. It was the King that found him as a pup curled up in a field of clovers, which is where his name comes from.

Next we have Nightsfall’s main antagonist, Telda’ar, a Fae formerly belonging to King Iisaaq’s court who attempted to usurp the throne by consorting with demons. Because of his actions, the King expelled Telda’ar from the Fae homeland, and Telda’ar has since devoted his life to returning.
