Starmer's call for Iran to go back to the negotiation table shows a key weakness in European strategy, ask to check the batteries in the fire alarm after the house is ash. If Mr Starmer had some guts he would have not sided with Israel, in a way I want reform to destroy him.

I've spent a month now tackling my hypertension, last spike really worried me, I felt like it was the end. However a month in and I feel good, I'm no longer always required to piss and my energy levels, have lifted massively. It does mean I eat bland, totally bland but that's ok.

I struggle with humans.The law attacks the right to be who you are, making the problem worse. Yet I've never understood how you humans can ignore climate change, genocide and think it's ok to get to work 39 seconds faster risking the death of a child. You need a reset; Or the death rays coming out.
