And also I don’t think that it is really useful to know his hemisphere in practical terms. Since he’s neither benefic nor malefic, we can’t do much by knowing his hemisphere because he’s not gonna bring less or more harm or less or more blessings

That’s what I was thinking. I was wondering whether Mercury being a morning or evening star could determine his preferred hemisphere. But since he’s neither a diurnal nor a nocturnal planet I was speculating that it might be indifferent for it to be below or above the horizon

I was thinking in terms of planetary condition. For instance Venus’s preferred hemisphere in a night chart is above the horizon because Venus is a nocturnal planet so what about Mercury?
