The Vice Chair, who is typically is mute, just gave one of the most rousing defenses of his Chair that I’ve ever seen. These white folks are definitely about to kill this vote, but at least we know where folks stand

One of the aunties just came through and backed nephew up, and there really isn’t a feeling quite like an elder Black Woman backing you up

I’ve given a ringing endorsement of my County Chair’s leadership and full fledged faith in the necessity of this proposal—I also got to sneak diss some obstructionist committees & committee members.
