Woke up at 3am to make it to our flight from Philly to Seattle. I attempted to stay up late enough to adjust to the time change, which means I've been up for 22 hours.

I love how often my brain finds creative inspiration, but if it could wait until after my workout as opposed to in the middle, when I can do absolutely nothing about it!!! How am I supposed to continue when I have ideas???
