My mental health has been pretty bad lately and I’m doing what I can to manage it. One day at a time and getting that help anywhere I can.

Been doing so good with my anxiety lately but walked in a huge shopping mall and BAM, hit me like a ton of bricks. It’s the thoughts that just mess with you.

I’ve been attending therapy for the first time in my life, this took me to long to do it. Probably would have helped awhile back. I’ve also started a journal of thoughts. Time to heal, learn and make sense of things.
